| The villa is situated in Lo Crispin, a quiet development, between the villages of Algorfa and Cuidad Quesada. It is just 2 minutes from the AP7(junction 745) motorway link which gives very easy access to the Airports. The local shops, restaurants and bars are only a 5 minute drive away in Cuidad Quesada. | |

This newly built detached villa is tastefully furnished to a very high specification throughout comprising of 3 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, Lounge with dining area, 3 terraces. Also benefits from hot/cold air conditioning, on a good sized plot with private drive. There is a wonderful swimming pool with child’s pool in the centre of the development which forms the hub of this small community. A number of the houses are permanently occupied by ex-pats making local information readily available and a very friendly environment. Although certainly not isolated, we do recommend car hire to take full advantage of all the local amenities. One weeks car hire is usually cheaper than taking a taxi to and from the airport! |

Local Area
This area is regarded as one of the best on the Costa Blanca with an average of 320 days sun each year and miles of beautiful white sandy beaches this is an all year round holiday destination. The area has large salt lakes and nature reserves with an abundance of bird and wildlife. The salt lakes combined with such favourable weather, creates a micro climate, making this one of the healthiest places in the world to live.
Beaches
There are numerous “blue flag” beaches within striking distance including Guardamar, a short 10 minute drive away, La Zenia, La Mata, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris.

Golf
The area boasts many fine golf courses. La Finca and La Marquesa and the local course at Quesada are within 5 minutes. The courses of Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin are within 15 minutes and the world famous golf resort of La Manga with it’s three eighteen hole courses to choose from is a mere 30 minutes drive to name but a few.
No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting an Chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round. Please note most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Shopping
The town of Quesada is on the doorstep and has everything you would expect from a small town. Tapas bars, restaurants/local and international cuisine, supermarkets, banks, doctors and chemists.
The large bustling town of Torrevieja is just 10 minutes drive away with its lovely marina and seaside promenade lined with bars and restaurants and also boasts a wealth of local and international shops. There is also the beautiful town square with its historic church and town hall.
There are numerous markets every day of the week including the Zocco market on a Sunday morning 2 minutes drive away.

In the area there are a great variety of restaurants offering local and international cuisine with budgets to suit everyone. Choose from the all you can eat buffet style menu’s from Euro 4.50 up to high class A La Carte restaurants

You have a choice of two fantastic Water Parks. One located locally in Quesada and the other, Aquopolies, located in nearby Torrevieja. Open June to the end of September. Please check dates before you go.
A great day can also be had at Rio Safari park located on the Elche-Santa Pola road. The park has a wide variety of animals and a dolphinarium as well as swimming pools and waterslides.
Within 15 minutes drive you will find a wealth of activities to keep you amused including sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking , cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sport centre, scuba diving, historic sites, museums, a zoo, and a theatre/cinema.
Within 45 minutes drive you will find climbing, flying and mountain biking.
Terramitica one of Europe’s largest Theme Parks is situated 1 hours drive up the coast near Benidorm which is a fantastic day out for all ages. For more information click here.
Location/how to get there
Fly to Alicante or Murcia both with a short 25-30 min drive to the villa. We can arrange collection to and from the airport if necessary.

Directions:
From Murcia Airport take the A7 signed for Alicante.
From Alicante Airport take the A7 signed for Cartegena. (The A7 is clearly
signed upon exiting both airports).
Exit the A7 onto the AP7 signed Torrevieja.
Exit the AP7 at the sign Torrevieja Norte exit 745.
At the roundabout take the exit signed Lo Crispin.
Drive under an arch approximately 800m from the roundabout. Follow the road straight on for another 800 metres, at the very end turn left and left again in to the Villa Miranda.
Our Villa is number 7, Calle Polonia, on the right hand side.
